The Vestnik website operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which guarantees the right to seek, receive, and distribute information in compliance with the law.

The website publishes:

• educational materials from open sources;
• editorial summaries, analyses, and solutions;
• materials submitted by users with confirmed rights;
• content freely available on the Internet.

The Administration does not conduct preliminary moderation of user content and follows the notice-and-takedown principle.

Vestnik respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are violated, please submit a notice via the feedback form.

Your notice must include:

• a link to the page containing the disputed material;
• copyright holder information (name or organization, contacts);
• proof of copyright or exclusive rights;
• description of the claim and the alleged violation;
• representative details and proof of authority (if applicable).

Notice Review Procedure

• notices are reviewed within 5 business days;
• if infringement is confirmed, the material is removed or restricted;
• additional information may be requested;
• disputes may be resolved out of court.

Educational tests and tasks usually:

• are widely distributed online;
• lack confirmed authorship;
• are used for educational purposes;
• belong to publicly accessible content.

Vestnik collects and uses materials for educational, non-commercial purposes.

Any copyright holder may request removal of material by providing proof of rights.
