User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the relationship between the owner of the Vestnik website and the individual using the website materials. By using the Vestnik website, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Terms and Definitions

Vestnik — an informational resource containing a database, content, test solutions, and educational materials.

User — any individual who accesses and uses the website materials.

Personal Data — information voluntarily provided by the User.

Content — texts, images, files, comments, and other materials.

Administration — the entity that owns and manages the Vestnik website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

By using the website, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

The Administration has the right to modify the Agreement without prior notice.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

The User has the right to:

• view website materials;
• submit content and comments;
• use materials for personal and educational purposes.

The User обязуется:

• comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• not publish illegal or infringing content;
• respect ethical standards and other users;
• bear responsibility for damage caused to third parties.

The website may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not responsible for their content.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Vestnik Administration

• does not carry out preliminary moderation of user content;
• is not responsible for user-posted materials;
• has the right to remove any content without explanation;
• may restrict access for technical reasons;
• does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation;
• uses cookies and voluntarily provided data;
• stores personal data until a deletion request is received.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Materials published by Vestnik are protected by applicable law.

The User is prohibited from:

• copying and distributing materials for commercial purposes;
• presenting Vestnik materials as their own;
• using automated scripts to collect data.

By submitting Content, the User confirms ownership of rights and grants the Administration a non-exclusive right to use it.

Publication of content does not make the User a co-author of the website.

6. Liability

Information on the website is provided “as is”, without warranties.

Test solutions and materials are for educational purposes only.

The Administration is not liable for:

• damage caused by use of the website;
• accuracy of educational materials;
• loss of data due to technical failures or third-party actions.

7. For Copyright Holders

Vestnik respects copyright. Disputed materials are removed upon request. Copyright Holders.

8. Personal Data

The User voluntarily provides personal data and agrees to its processing.

Consent may be withdrawn via the feedback form.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Invalidity of one clause does not affect the others.
• The Agreement enters into force upon first visit.
• The User agrees to receive system notifications.
• If the User disagrees, they must stop using the website.

Responsibility of Users with the “Teacher” Status

A user who has obtained the “Teacher” (Editor) status independently manages their test collection (vestnik) and bears full responsibility for all published materials.

• The Teacher guarantees that all published materials do not violate copyright, related rights, or any other rights of third parties.
• The Teacher is solely responsible for compliance with personal data protection laws and for obtaining all necessary consents.
• The Site Administration does not perform prior moderation of materials published by Teachers and reserves the right to remove content or restrict access in case of violations.

10. Changes to the Terms

The administration of the Vestnik service reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update these Terms of Service at any time unilaterally, without prior individual notice to the User.

The current version of the Terms of Service is always available at: https://uzvestnik.ru/terms.php

Continued use of the Vestnik service after any changes are made constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

If the User does not agree with the updated terms, they must immediately stop using the Vestnik service and leave the website.
