Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
(as a continuation of the User Agreement)
By using the Vestnik website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the Vestnik website administration, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (Law No. ZRU-547) and other applicable legal regulations.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including information provided directly by the user or collected automatically.
I confirm my consent to the processing of the following data (if provided):
- first name, last name, or nickname;
- email address;
- photo or avatar;
- link to a social network profile;
- cookies and technical device data;
- test answers and results;
- statistical data on site behavior;
- data collected via analytics systems.
My personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- providing website functionality;
- account creation and user identification;
- sending service notifications;
- providing informational messages;
- improving educational materials;
- analytics, statistics, and research;
- content personalization;
- ensuring security and preventing violations;
- processing user requests;
- participation in tests and surveys;
- transfer of anonymized statistical data.
The administration may use web analytics services that do not collect data allowing direct personal identification.
All actions are carried out using automated or non-automated means in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The consent is valid:
- from the moment of the first visit to the website;
- until the user submits a request to revoke consent.
The user has the right to revoke consent via the feedback form.
Account and Personal Data Deletion
The user may delete their account independently in their profile.
Alternatively, the user may send a request specifying the email linked to the account.
After receiving the request:
- the account and personal data are deleted;
- deletion is carried out within up to 10 business days.
Anonymized data that must be retained (e.g. general visit statistics) is not subject to deletion.
